Bailey has completed 2 projects for me. The first was a complete bathroom renovation. The second was a small laundry room project that added shelving and storage.
The quality of both projects is top notch. On time, on budget and great value for the excellent work. That’s what the five stars are for.
The sixth star is because Bailey is excellent to work with. He quickly understands what I am trying to accomplish and figures out the best way to meet (and exceed!) my expectations while keeping the costs down. Highly recommend for any project - big or small!

Super thrilled with the work Bailey and his team did at my house! We did a total renovation of our kitchen and redid our master bathroom vanity. Everything looks spectacular and I am so grateful for the updated feel my home now has. They are also a hard working and timely group of people which always makes an experience better. I highly recommend Monroe Custom Woodworks and Crafts if you have wood from something special that you want remade into something that you can keep forever! Bailey took excellent care with his craftsmanship of the wood, and used the original nails and hardware from the doors and windows of my playhouse built by my Daddy when I was 3 years old. Definitely a treasure for me to keep and pass down for generations to come!!!

Totally pleased with the work Gen3 Construction has done at our home and property! Our new deck is beautiful and fits our area perfectly. Great craftsmanship and attention to all the details, even the things we hadn’t thought about but Bailey saw!
